You must at least 18 years old to use Veerl. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You must create an account and provide accurate information to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to models on a rental basis, granting temporary access to interact with the models.
• Purchases: Users can make one-off payments to own a model, giving them permanent access.

6. User Interactions

Users may interact with models through text or voice. Users are prohibited from uploading any content. All content provided is managed and uploaded by Veerl.

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Models: Retain rights to their likeness and can request removal of their content at any time, with Veerl obligated to comply within 31 days.‍
• Users: Gain ownership of purchased models and rental rights for subscribed models. Users must not redistribute, modify, or exploit the content beyond personal use.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Veerl is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Use the platform legally and ethically.
• Not attempt to harm the platform, other users, or the models.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Veerl and the models.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Veerl, including models, images, and AR experiences, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the content as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Veerl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.‍
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veerl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
